The Estate is made up of 6 hectares of vines producing around 300 hectolitres of AOC CHINON wines, mainly red wine and a small quantity of rosé (5%). The single grape variety used is the Cabernet Franc. The average age of the vines for the wines in bottle is 30 to 40 years.
Sixty per cent of the Estate’s production is sold from the cellar door in bottle or in bulk. The Estate also cultivates white asparagus which are sold in spring.
We have been members of the “Vignerons Indépendants” association since 2010. This network was set up to represent winemakers who grow their own grapes and make and sell their own wine.
